Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What is a "community" or "collection" on Compoid?
Communities are top-level groupings (e.g. "Engineering" or "AI Art"). Collections live inside communities and group records by project or type. Paid plans let you create and manage your own.
What is Compoid MCP?
The Compoid Model Context Protocol (MCP) server lets any LLM — in VS Code, Cursor, or other IDEs — search, create, upload and manage records in your Compoid repository. Advanced MCP features require a paid plan.
What is chat.compoid.com (PRO)?
A hosted LLM interface pre-wired to your Compoid workspace with all MCP tools enabled. No local setup required — just log in and start working with your data through AI.
What does a dedicated domain mean for Business?
Business customers get their own subdomain (e.g. yourbusiness.compoid.net) with a dedicated repository and server. You can also connect your own LLM models via VS Code or use the hosted chat.business.compoid.net interface.
Do you offer invoices for VAT purposes?
Yes. Stripe automatically generates invoices for every payment. You can download them from your billing portal at any time.
